The Sanday Tourism Association has organised a Trowie Festival, which was launched at the Sanday Sunday May Fair and Farmers’ Market on May 4th.
The island has entered into the festival with gusto and there are now more than 30 Trows appearing in gardens and plantations all over the island. Click on these thumbnails for a better view. To see the remaining Trows, you will have to get out and about.
The Trowie Festival will run until September. Trowie location maps may be viewed at the local shops, or you may download an A4 printable file here. We hope to have an interactive map of the Trows on the site soon.
