We plan a Features section for this site – articles that might not be either News or of a necessarily practical focus, and do not therefore sit readily under the Community or Visitor headings, but are nonetheless of a general Sanday interest. Such articles might encompass Local History topics, or Genealogy perhaps. They might be about Traditional Music, or the Crofting way of life, or might give traditional recipes… anything at all, in fact.
News posts will bring this site to life and exhibit the energy of our island, but these Features are what will bring richness to our community web site.
