Sanday boasts many sports activities. From football and cricket to golf and netball, the list goes on. Indoor sports include badminton and fencing. There is even an occasional game of Boules down at the pub. Challenge matches with other islands are arranged for many of the sports, and Sanday regularly does well in the Parish Cup football competition.
